I should have trusted the reviews from the startand star reviews mean something people do not use this maid serviceIncomplete work all the timeI was tolerable because the maids were gracious enough to go and redo a job before they left my homeIn hindsight I should have fired them a long time ago- now realizing that missing tasks or incomplete work( urine under toilet seat and bowl, not vacuuming rugs in rooms that can't be missed, leaving product residue in kitchen sinks, forgetting to take trash out, not cleaning ceiling fans, not cleaning a half bath, leaving milk residue and food on kitchen floor that we're supposedly mopped) meant that they were incompetent and ineffective and did not pay attention to detail
After using this company for two years they attempted to fire me as a customer because they realized that they oversell their work, competency of their maids, and ability to complete what they promote and promise in their packages based on square footage with two maidsAfter receiving complaints from their maids that they are not being paid for working extra they tried to pass off the extra fee to the customerWhat their maids failed to be honest about is that they consistently leave task undone like rinsing shower and leaving free of residue or hair, not leaving shower door streak-free sm free, vacuuming rooms, dusting, taking trash out, or cleaning specific rooms- when asked to come back when a cleaning ends to do those things ( which most have done without complaint) it extends the teams time by 20-maybeThe problem is if your maid teams are as highly skilled as you promote then these things would not be missed and therefore no extra time neededThe integrity of the company should now be questioned when they tell the customer it is the "condition of the home, LEGO's on the floor." Owner told me we're not a good fitTo translate means that we are not willing to give you the service that we promote because we are incompetent and our package looks food but honestly we lie about our packages and prices because we are trying to stay competitive and we really can't without overselling
If a company is providing biweekly and monthly service to a customer for over two years and you have not been able to "revive" the condition of the home then that means your maids are not effective and poorly trainedI am glad that as a customer I caught the game they were trying to play and stopped them before they did- Recap and a favor to the owner re-evaluate and recalculate your pricing for square footage and the task that you promise a two women team can completeReevaluate the wage you are paying your maids and pay them fairly or you will be out of business soonLow ratings and ignorance can only go so farDo not oversell your service and try and pass *** cost on to loyal customers, especially when the complete work is always less than spectacularDo not use this company you will be sorry there are much better companies out there

Yup customer was happy with the service because the team was willing to redo an incomplete job that they were informed of.....being a happy customer came about because of the steps taken to get thereWith that said, please don't gloss over the facts and the proof in your records and mine that detail incomplete workDo not miss all the words that state that a company your company will not take advantage of customers because of your poor quality control, management, and marketing skillsAgain much better companies out there and obviously the owner operates like a year when he states "anyone can come by my office and listen to tapes." Why is this a Revdex.com complaint- owner is overselling a service that he can not deliverI believe that is bait and switch
