Dear Revdex.com,We are always sad when a customer has issues with any orderIn this case the buyer is running a scamThey ordered items and claim only is in the box.We have checked the order and verified that the weight of the box at time of shipping as well as the Confirmed weight while the box was in the hands of ***The box weight is correct and proof of delivery can be found by checking tracking number [redacted] This was an [redacted] sale and [redacted] has been notified by the buyer about this claim [redacted] has reviewed all the data and the case was ruled in favor of the sellerThis means that we have provided enough documentation that [redacted] felt the buyer was not telling the whole truth.The items were delivered to the correct address and everything has been verified by ***, ***, and ITS SOLD HEREWe are sorry but there is nothing more we can do for this customer

We are sorry for ** *** and his confusionWhen a customer agrees to sell with us a contract is written up and signedIn this contract it lets customers know that if they receive a check from us and loose it or forget to deposit it that we are glad
to reissue that check BUT the banks do charge us a stop payment fee that is then subtracted from the new checkIn addition to the contract explaining this, the check itself also says VOID AFTER DAYSOur customer asked for the new check months after it expiredMONTHS LATERcome onsome things are reasonable but not this.So again, all the issue look to be based on ** *** and his lack of ability to read(he has had a lot of issues and all are based on not reading, the signs in the store, the contract, or the email updates, or the check.....)
We email when we list an item, sell or do not sell an item, and it even emails you the day and time we cut your checkWe have a private web site that all clients can log into to keep up on all the items they are bringing to usWe provide all clients with a REAL TIME update, so keeping up on everything is very easy, not to mention the phone works here tooas does emailWe have tons of ways to watch and keep up on everythingWe are sorry but if the bank is going to charge us fees due to the customer FORGETTING TO DEPOSIT THE FUNDS within days (thirty days) then shame or themIt’s not right or fair to expect us to eat such a huge loss over the clients lack of responsibilityAs for the customer finding our FINE PRINT (which is not printed small on anything) inappropriateAll customers are given the option to use us, OR NOT USE USWhen a customer makes the choice to enter into a business agreement with us the terms are spelled out, and then signedSince we have a valid contract we consider this nothing but harassmentHere is the posting from the internet with his statements beforenotice all the changes from then to nowHow long did he have that check., days or months...HMMM?
Donated itemsAfter days of being a free storage centerUnsure why the other *** review of It's sold here was 'not recommended' by *** as it exactly mirrors my experienceOther providers of this service provide service--and treat us with respect as customersNot this providerIts Sold Here did not explain its policies and we were the losersWe asked them to sell several items on ***They donated what was not sold to charity (the only good thing they did) after days--with no information or opportunity to reclaim our itemsMy attempt to express disappointment was met with sarcasm and the comments "didn't you read our Contract"One item was a ordinary Soup tureen and we were not very botheredThe other was a fine china occupied Japan tea set in mint condition with all pieces--! would have gladly paid a reasonable fee for their efforts had they provided this opportunityThe representative said "oh, you are talking about that set that didn't draw one bid in days...obviously not of value"The last straw was that I called both to see what had happened to the unsold pieces and to ask for a check to be reissued, as I'd received a check months ago f(or about $dollars for an item they did sell foraboiut $dollars), I asked that they reissue the check as it said on its face that it was void after daysHe said "it isn't that simpleThere are fees"The representative was rude, sarcastic and unpleasantWith the attitude of this representative, I wonder whether our items did in fact make it to charityI would take my business anywhere elseOur prior reply to him is below:
“We are sorry that you had a less then great experienceWe are sorry that you did not read any of the signs in the store telling you about our policiesWe are also very sorry that you did not listen to us explain your contract to youWe are very sorry that you did not read the contract at any time that we gave to youWe are sorry that you did not read any of the emails sent to you with all the remindersWe are sorry that we sent you a payment check and that you held it for months and it expired (which is printed on the check)We are sorry that the banks charge fees to stop payments on checks and that those fees are high, We are sorry that we could not continue to be your free storage center for longer than months, We are glad to help customers, but if we have signs explain what we do, give you contacts that put it all in writing, send email reminders that we listed and sold or sent you money or even ask you to get your unsold item, and pay you for the items soldand you forget to read the signs, understand the details, pickup unsold items in less than months and forget to take the check to the bank then maybe just maybe some of this is your fault?”This is a last communications with ** ***.ITS SOLD HERE

I have spoken to *** and I have no new ideas*** was wondering if there were any marks on the boxDid *** agents make ANY notes on the box? I would file a claim for losses if there was ANY proof at all that the box was tampered with, but you have told me that it was not*** will just decline a claim if we do not have proofI want to do something for you, but I just do not know what to doThought? Ideas? We have NEVER run into a case like this in years on *** has no ideas that could help eitherI just do not know what to doITS SOLD HERE

I m at a complete loss on how and what to doWe have NEVER had a case where one item was received but the other item was not in the boxI have checked our security cameras and both lots were placed into one boxThe scale at our store and *** weight verification shows that the box did weigh the same once they had itSo all the items were in the box, here, and at *** but not when you got themYOUR SURE, about the tape not being messed with? In years we have only had boxes get received empty in all cases the boxes should signs of tamperWe have never had a partial lot get received and show no signs of tamperingI will call *** as ask for suggestions on what to doI just have no ideas yetbut I ll work on itI will email you back as soon as hear from ***Thanks ITS SOLD HERE

Thanks for the emailI m not sure how to address thisI have checked via *** the weight of the shipmentYour box had a weight of 4lbsThe items you purchased added up to that weightIf less items were sent then the box would reflect a much lower weightDoes it appear as if the box was tampered with? We tape all boxes with a TAN tapeNO OTHER TAPE IS EVER USEDDoes it all look right? One other question and I hate to ask but we have toAre you sure you looked though all the brown paper in the boxWe have found that many buyers do not expect to see so much packing material and they neglect to look to see if items are in thatWe had a case of this just this past weekThe buyer did not remove all the items from the boxPlease check it all over and let us know what you seeThanks ITS SOLD HERE
