In response to Mr***After speaking with Mr*** about these issues, the owners have offered for him to have another fabricator come and pick up the quartz he purchased that has not been installed. This will allow him to use another fabricator of his choosing and will insure that all the
slabs match up. The original contract with Mr*** was to hold the slab of quartz that is not currently install until his cabinets were readyMr*** ONLY paid for the slab itself not the labor to install. We will still store the slab for him as well. At this time we are waiting on Mr*** to check with his wife and respond to our offer

In January of Mrs*** contracted Its Your Floor, Inc to install carpet in her home. Our Installer arrived with all the carpet to install including the closet. However, the closet was full of stuff and he was unable to get in it to install the carpet. The installer
told Mrs*** that if she would clean out the closet he would come back and install it for her. He left the carpet for the closet at her home She never called to let us know that it had not been installed until July After researching what had happened we found out that she has the carpet but it has not been installed. Its Your Floor, Incwould like to offer her a refund for the labor. The refund for the labor is $Please let us know how she would like us to refund this amount. Thanks
