Review: Italia pavers was contracted to remove our existing concrete sidewalk and apron in June of 2013. We were dissatisfied with the quality of work performed and they re-did the job in August of 2013. We are still not satisfied with the quality of the work done. The sidewalk continues to crack and crumble. Additionally, the area where the apron meets the street was to be filled in and never was. We have made repeated attempts to contact them regarding the repairs required and have not gotten any response.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund so that we may contact someone else to complete the job properly.

Review: On 3/**/13 we entered into a contract with [redacted] of Italia to install pavers, tar driveway and pour a new cement sidewalk. The driveway pavers are sinking, the sidewalk is disintegrating to a sand like substance. I have been calling [redacted] routinely for one year from the date of the contract to please repair work as he promised a lifetime warranty. In May 2014 we experience a family tragedy that distracted me from pursuing this issue though I did enter a Revdex.com complaint I did not send in the contract. The claim was closed. I would be grateful for your help now. [redacted]'s direct contact number ###-###-####I have the contract and supporting emails but do not know how to upload. Please let me know how I can get these documents to you. Thanks.Desired Settlement: My husband and I would like to get an estimate for the cost of repairing the work and receive a refund from Italia so that we can have it fixed by a reliable, responsive contractor. Side note: Two of our neighbors had their sidewalk done by Italia at the same time. [redacted] and [redacted] have already filed their Revdex.com complaint against Italia For the same sidewalk defects and poor customer service.
