I would like to say that on 2-25-that the customer did in fact order two Cheesesteaks and was also advised that the delivery was about min to hour The customer's response was that fine with me How ever the customer forgot to mention to Revdex.com that She orders a special that we are running that is for deal and she order two cheese for the for If she did not call to complain about the food was cold She was calling about the size of the cheesesteaks and that it does not said that the cheese were small ->She was advised to look at the special and to look out and it said 6"inch cheesesteak or chicken cheese steak when she was told that she read it again since I do not want this I want inch cheese stead and I do not wanted to pay full price leave it at the same price were the combo person said let no talk to my bars about it my boss said sorry but there nothing we can do about that but we can make you to inch cheese stakes and you would have to paid the different and send me back the 6-inch back Well she did not like that at allSo she was anger and yelling over the phone and using bad language so yes I did tell her that there nothing I could do for you and yes I also told her I do not need customers like her Screaming and yelling and cussing at me so please feel free to call me at anytime at ***-***- [redacted] and by the way I did not tell her my name at all its Irene B3-9-

I am rejecting this response because: I did not call about the size of the cheesesteakI ordered from there because the week before my children had dinner there and brought me a cheesesteak that I thought was a good size and good to the tasteI called because my food was coldI emailed Revdex.com because the manager was rudeI also put up a post on ** and tagged the business in it and received other complaints about them with one saying the bread was staleSo I have no desire to tarnish the reputation of a business because of the size of a steakI am not happy because the services rendered were unacceptableI will go back and forth with this all dayThis is a business in my community treating their customers as if they do not matter

As I stated the first time we'd offer her a full refund of her money but she did not want to hear that again she was upset about the size of the Cheesesteak of the promotion that we were doing she wanted her money back and regular sized cheesesteaks for the inconvenience I told her you would have to pay the difference for the cheesesteaks regular size cuz that's not on the promotion deal that's when she started to become belligerent I started to use vulgar language I do not accept any customer become belligerent or vulgar to me or my employees so that being said if the customer wants your money back I will be more than glad to give her back her $she can pick it up anytime or no problems
