I am rejecting this response because: I called this "restaurant" and it took them weeks to get back to meThe first time I called different people said they were the Manager and the next times I called the number was disconnectedI called back a few days later and was told different stories on why the number was disconnectedThe first reason was "I was mistaken" an hour later someone said "it was down due to renovations" the 3rd reason was "The number was down for technical issues, however only for an hour" the last reason was the "Manager" said maybe I was mistakenThis company took the time to respond to this complain however only responded to me after I contacted the Revdex.com even though I left several messagesMost companies require to see the debit card with an ID, If this company took proper measures this could have been avoidedI have since changed banks and cards so this should not be an issue, I still think something is off with this company and think someone should look into them.

online food delivery order that was placed to our restaurant.   The transaction was initiated on 4/24/2017 by the customer at 10:10pm and it was delivered to the customer around 10:50pm.  The details of the order are below in the email forwarded section. Order was delivered to the following person:[redacted]WASHINGTON, DC [redacted]###-###-####Billings details provided:Billing Information[redacted] - first time online customer[redacted]SPARTANBURG, SC [redacted]###-###-####Credit Card Information[redacted]As you can see, the transaction was paid for with [redacted] credit card billing information but delivered to a [redacted]. The transaction was approved by the credit card processing systems since the user provided all of the required information including the 3 digits credit card security code on the back of the card.  Since all of the required information was provided, the order was passed down to the kitchen for processing and we delivered the order as required. I have spoken to [redacted] since and advised her that this could be a case of stolen credit card information and to contest the charges through her credit card provider.   Once she contests the charges, they will send it to our credit card processing company after which we will provide them with the online order receipt details so that it can be fully investigated by the authorities.  Once she contests the charges, her credit card company should refund her the money right away while the issue is being investigated. We have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and we have never had any complaints like this so it was a shock to receive your letter.
