Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They are called ABC Golf Tours.1)If they are going to call themselves that they should be responsible for knowing what kind of playing condition the golf courses are in.We are visitors to the island and depend on them to know this.2)Koolau does not have it's own driver like Turtle Bay or Tapolei, so we used ABC Golf as our sourceIf anything I want people to know how unsatisfied we were with ABC Golf Tours.We played both Turtle Bay and Tapolei and were completely satisfied.3)If we had driven ourselves to the golf course we would have gotten our money backUnfortunately we did not have our own transportation.4)We played hole and decided not to playThe 1st hole was so wet that a ball hit in the fairway was covered with mudThey were unable to mow the rough so if a ball was hit just off the fairway you were unable to find itIf this course were in Minnesota they would have closed the course.5)We feel like we wasted our time to go to the golf course when the course was unplayableThe only reason we agreed to pay the $was because the driver took us to the bosses house and we were afraid we would be left there if we did not pay the price Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] , I am writing this email in reference to the complaint submitted on 12/4/ ID # [redacted] ABC Golf Tours refuses to settle by the following reasons: 1.) We didn’t receive the advice from Koolau golf course staff regarding the back nine closed.2.) We have no control over the weather and the way golf course operated.3.) These customers picked the golf course themselves (not recommended by our company) and wished to proceed with the golf course scheduling.4.) Golf course was remained open - meaning people still can play.5.) The cost was $/ per person including transportation, green fee and cartThey were playing 2nd or 3rd holes then decided not to continue further For that reason, my staff explained that we only charged for transportation, it cost $dollars/each (pick up, waiting time & drop off) 6.) Even though, one customer said it is too much but they agreed to pay via credit card and $in total for was a fair cost

ID # [redacted] ABC Golf Tours refuses to settle by the following reasons: 1.)    We didn’t receive the advice from Koolau golf course staff regarding the back nine closed.2.)    We have no control over the weather and the way golf course operated.3.)    These customers picked the golf course themselves (not recommended by our company) and wished to proceed with the golf course scheduling.4.)    Golf course was remained open - meaning people still can play.5.)    The cost was $160.00 / per person including transportation, green fee and cart. They were playing 2nd or 3rd holes then decided not to continue further. 
For that reason, my staff explained that we only charged for transportation, it cost $70 dollars/each (pick up, waiting time & drop off).  6.)    Even though, one customer said it is too much but they agreed to pay via credit card and $200.00 in total for 3 was a fair cost.
