Review: On Friday, 11-29-13 I purchased an Italsteam Professional Steamer from the Rockaway Mall Kiosk (Invoice #[redacted]). I used the unit as directed on two occasions and then it stopped working. I finally received a response from Italsteam after three months of emails pleading for a response. I was advised that they would honor their warranty and send me a new steamer. Shortly thereafter, I received a used steamer in the mail. The unit's plug was corroded and did not function properly. I immediately emailed Italsteam's customer service to advise them of the used faulty unit that I received. I have been emailing Italsteam for months and have yet to receive a response. Italsteam has failed to honor their warranty and has horrible customer service. Th sonly way to get in touch with their customer service is through email, there is no telephone number . I have been trying to resolve this issue for five months.Desired Settlement: Want a NEW replacement Unit.
