Review: I had recently purchased a vehicle at their lot their was an issue with the finance company were I had to return my vehicle they would not return my down payment , they sold my vehible within the same day and then instead of assisting me with questions the manager hector did not return my calls till informed them I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com he texted back got me into a vehicle that no only was not ready for sale it is not registered in california , and now I have two loans with MAS finance when I was told by [redacted] at their office that [redacted] the owner would cancel I have gotten a second notice from the Finance company I informed the finance company that the vehicle was sold the same day I returned it since they cancelled the contract they informed they never did so I was swindled. The whole issue with the first car was the insurance which I did purchase but the finance company stated I did not fax proof. now its just out of control please help.Desired Settlement: I would like them to take care of the vehicle that they had me purchase they didnt give me any other option and for them to be investigated they can not sell vehicles that dont work and have people lie to them they are scamming people. and dont take responsibility and sell working vehicles and that are registered here in california.

Review: I bought a dodge charger on feb 1 from itamex motors. that same week my car started to give me problems so I took the car back to the dealership. I told them that the car was jerking. so they told me that they were going to expect it. They found nothing. the car continue to do the samething. I took it to dodge delership and they did a full inspection on it. They told me it was the trasmission. I took the inspection form to itamex and they wanted a second opinion. so they send me to anoth dodge dealership and they said that samething. itamex offered me to fix the problem at this little shop called pacific transmissions. they keep my car for a full day. the couldnt find anything wrong with transmission, which was a lie. I went back to itamex and told them to stop wasting my time. that I need this fixed. so they resend me to the dodge dealership to get the problem fixed.I left my car there yesterday so they could start the repair in the morning. The dodge delership calls be that itamex has not appove the repairs. so I called itamex to find out what was going on. they said that they will not be doing the repais there cause its too expensive. I am sick to my stomach with this dealership. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my 5,000 down that I gave for the car. plus I want to cancel the contract
