On August 29th I brought my iPhone in for the screen to be repairedI was greeted by guys from Azerbaijan and there was somewhat of a language barrier They said that they can fix my phone for $in around minutesOnly one of them actually knew how to fix the phones and said they were in trainingAfter about minutes he came over to tell us that the home button didn’t work and it would cost $to repair itI assumed that the home button cable was damaged by me when I dropped it cracking the screen, but you could see no physical damage done to the home buttonWhen replacing an iPhone screen you must take the home button from the old screen and move it to the new oneTouch id buttons cannot be replaced for security reasonsT

I purchased a screen replacement for a Verizon cell phone , they did not have the screen in stock and the item took days for delivery and installationafter about a week-week and half since the replacement the screen came loose in the corner , when pushed down to stay in place the screen broke, which should not have done - this was defective glassI returned to the kiosk as it was in my day warrantyThey advised me that they cannot replace it as it was not their stock but ordered it from someone on ebayThey wanted me to contact the seller they bought it from and if they agreed to defective glass they would put on the glass no chargeI argued that I didn't purchase the glass they did I have no contact info or the proof of purchaseThey agreed to send email to this person, after days of no calls or email to me I returned to find out the statusI was advised they haven't heard back and still will not replace the faulty glassI was told because its not their glass they won'
