Review: ITBMS Global provide training in various SAP Modules. I enrolled for SAP BPC course last Oct, paying tution of $1000 upfront and an additional $500 in December. The total tution was $2000. The course was to run for 6 weekends starting in Oct 2012. Due to scehduling issues and and Super Storm Sandy, the course was not completed within the 6 weekends and was extended till Jan. In Dec I had to travel oversees and ITBMS agreed to enroll me in the next batch that would be offered in January 2013. I have been consistently following up with ITBMS to complete the program, however, in Sept they advised me that training for SAP BPC is no longer being offered. They offered to enroll me for a different module that would be offered in Sept 2013. Upon follow-up I was advised that they are no longer offering any more training programs. They have denied my request for a full or partial refund and have not responded to my communications.Desired Settlement: I would like Revdex.com to kindly request a full refund.

Spoke to [redacted] and said there is no refund for the classes as she used our resources such as course materials, system acess, so we are offering her a free course in the future and she agreed to it and is withdrawing the complaint
