repairs which the customer may not be able to facilitate on their own.   In cases where the entire door needs to be shipped for repair, a temporary door may be fashioned from a piece of wood or other material to cover the opening. Review: I ordered some purple martin houses on the 4th of April. Their free 4-7 day shipping is currently day 7, and according to the tracking which I have updated several times, the order has not been handed off to uses YET! Now it is the weekend and I assume they won't do that til Monday, which makes it another 4 days ! This is ridiculous ! I emailed and asked them about it 2 days ago, and they said they didn't have a tracking because the order was being shipped "from their warehouse" ! If I had known it was going to take this long, I would have ordered the martin houses from somewhere else !Desired Settlement: And I would like an adjustment on my order, they can refund me or change their statement on their website !
