I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me That being said, their initial correspondence said they would refund the money soon after January They failed to do that I called and sent an email and again they failed to respond It was only AFTER my complaint to the Revdex.com that they finally mailed the refund
