Review: I called the number on their website for a price quote this morning before I drove the 50 miles (one way_ to have my iphone4 screen fixed. In speaking with the gentleman on the other line he quoted me $50 which was the lowest I had gotten on the 4 calls I placed this morning. I drove all the way out there and I was told it would be $80. I questioned why different from what I was told this morning, the owner preceeded to tell me he answers all calls and there is no way he told me $50. After he left and the other gentleman was working on my phone I questioned him further for online shows $50 as well. The gentleman said in the past some questions have come up about websites and such. He proceeded to show me two websites, when I searched on line I see no such cost showing service fees and such and other web page I am not sure where they have that site. I do have a print screen showing the online repair cost of $50. The gentleman said there was no way he could give it to for $50 but came to $70. I think it is sad what is being said over the phone and what is being advertised is not what you are told. I clearly would have went to the one down the road from my house that charges the same amount if I knew this. They should stand up to their phone sales/advertising.Desired Settlement: I want the difference they owe me of $20.00 especially since I drove of there under the impression of something totally different of what was sold.

The customer came to the impression that the repair was $50. When the customer called I answered and I said $75 for AT&T and $80 for Sprint or Verizon iPhone 4 screen replacement, I don't know if reception was bad on her end but our prices are listed and I do not make mistakes when it comes to quoting(I'm the owner).

The price of $50 the customer is refering to is $50 which is the price for the part which is on our website, it does not say $50 for repair. She was referring to my site itcrepairs.com that I only use to sell parts and I did not list services before, I updated the website and have a list of all the repair prices.
