Before ITG was called to the customer's home, he had a plumber come out and check the tank and the plumber said their were no leaks in the tank On the preinstallation pictures I do see an area where it appears that water did enter through the wall and ran down the wall At this point there is no way to determine if the tank was leaking at the time of our inspection We base our inspections primarily on the information given to us by the customer And, since a plumber was called out before we did our inspection, we would assume that it was ground water causing the problem because the plumber found no leaks

ITG installed exactly the work that we were contracted to do I have attached the copy of the contract that was signed by the customer We installed ilnear feet of [redacted] , one ***Sump, and linear feet of [redacted] [redacted] is the vapor barrier material on the wall We were not contracted to do any additional work

To Whom it May Concern:ITG installed a wall anchor system because the wall was sheared off around an inchThe wall was leaking before we did work because the wall was sheared off ITG has offered to install a waterproofing system at cost because of the previous work we did

We tried to schedule the customer when he called in for our next available date And, let him know that we would move him up if a spot became available sooner We called and emailed to schedule with him His service appointment is now scheduled

When we completed the work the concrete was properly sloping away from the house. Due to conditions related to grade and drainage. We feel the concrete will continue to heave and then settle until the other issues are addressed. So, it is going to refund the customer the $they
paid us

because:
They still did not finish all the work Doorway to the front cellar is not done Water meter and pipe work still have all the mortar over them The dust work by the washer - only did one side The window can not close- it was opened to allow ventilation Not all the work was done at the top part of the wallThe wall going down the basement steps is not smooth and if you rub against it it scratches you When the workers left on 5/they said that was the best they can doThey started this project on April 4th and it is still not done We have everything from the basement in the floors upstairs and it is hard to move aroundJust wondering how many times they must come I am a year old woman and need the use of my home Asked the workers if they would accept this in their homes, and they said it could of been done better

I am rejecting this response because: we never had a plumber check the tank, we never told them that eitherthe person who said he saw water under the tank when he came to fix work left undone my themwas a company employee They sent an inspector /sales person and the rest is just like my complaint reads that was sent to youI see they are going to attempt to hood wink you alsoThey need to need to admit that the sales person/inspector sold us something under pretenseI await a response
