itouch Massage Therapy

I am rejecting this response because:My daughter made an appiontment and Ms [redacted] would not honor the pak as she said they were too oldMy dauighter NEVER booked any other appointments and never cancelledThat is a fabricated story, Ms [redacted] ( Itouch) is trying to sluff off her repsonsibilities and probably did not put the money aside for all her "sold ahead deals"!! My son's girlfriend also is getting "ripped off" as she has not been able to use of the pak! which Ms [redacted] admitted to I want my money back or I am prepared to go to small claims court with this

Her daughter came and used of of the packs and scheduled another appointment and cancelled o have never heard back from her againAnd sons girlfriend came in I total her I would do the one she booked but as I have to close my doors due to an arm injury that requires surgery I will not be able to to the other until I’m released by the Dr she replied she didn’t need me and left the office I don’t think I owe them anything as I’m not working and will not be able to open doors again for 6-month and they did not call or try to book massages in over a year
