Ultimately, troubleshooting, though usually effective for our customers, was ineffective. After years of deliberate design, we can confidently say that our circuit board is strategically positioned and sufficiently protected by the compartment. Moisture may have developed due to high temperature levels and humidity--our warranty does not cover damage from a customer's external environment, as those factors vary from environment to environment.The exclusive discount of 20%, in addition to the 10% website new account sign-up discount, that we had offered you is not offered to all customers. We only offer a 10% discount that can only be applied to full unit purchases in addition to a one time 10% discount for customers that make a purchase on our website for the first time.
