You have to be a fool to buy a car from these fools. Manager William S[redacted], security guard was so nasty attitude wise, PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE........ U HAVE BEEN WARNED!

We also let the customer know if there are things they want to get fixed on their car if they bring in the receipt we will give them credit up to 250.00 off their loan on a one time basis. I purchased a used vehicle from this company. Less than two weeks later it stopped working.I purchased a 2004 Chrysler Sebring from this company on 03/07/2016. A week later my car cut off in the middle of an intersection because the fuel pump stopped working. I contacted the manager and he told me I could not have it repaired, an exchange, or any money back I could only pay for it to be repaired myself and have a 250$ credit on the amount owed for the car. The same week that I bought the car, my tire busted and I also noticed a huge chip in another tire. I have lost wages at work due to the malfunctions of this car. They would not replace the tires either even though it was less than 3 days after I purchased it. Since then my battery has given out the turn signals no longer work and it is now leaking transmission fluid. I am very disappointed that they are allowed to run a business this way. The only thing I was told was wrong with the car was a squeak which turned out to be the struts which they would not replace either. I put 1200$ down on this car and have a note of 250$ a month and I do not believe this is right in any way. I understand the risks of buying a used vehicle but this company just seems to want your money and not to help you when they know they are doing wrong.Desired SettlementI would like this business to either repair my vehicle, pay for the vehicle to be repaired, give me my money back, or let me exchange it for another vehicle. It is not safe to drive my car in the condition it is in and I have to be able to get back and forth to work.Business Response Contact Name and Title: Keith T[redacted] managerContact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]@itsallgoodauto.netAll customers receive a 3 day 200 mile warranty on the motor and transmission. We also give each customer a 250.00 credit to have repairs made on their vehicle. Other than that the vehicles are sold AS IS. We will be glad to credit her account if she provides a valid receipt for the repairs up to 250.00. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)That was explained to me before but at the same time the repairs that are needed for that vehicle were more than just that 250$. I also had my vehicle picked up a day after my payment was due since I had to pay for a fuel pump it was going to be a week late and nobody cared. If that's the case I would like the money back that I paid for that fuel pump since they will be selling that car to someone else with a brand new one. I've had "as is" vehicles before and the lots would NOT have let anyone go through what I went through with this company. it's really sad how hard earned money is taken there are 3 different people at my job who were done the same way. 1200$ was way too much to put down on a car that fell apart like that and for them not to offer any kind of grace period after I asked over and over BEFORE I purchased that vehicle if anything was wrong with it.

We gave him a 3 day /200 mile warranty on the motor and transmission as we do with all our customers. We also give each customer a 250.00 credit to have things fixed on the vehicle and we in turn credit their bill if they bring in a receipt. We later learned he actually purchased the vehicle for someone else, a [redacted] which was hidden from us at the time of purchase. We we're mislead from the start. Also our GPS tracking device was tampered with so as not to be able to find the vehicle. We are straight up with our customers but feel we we're in a bad situation regarding our vehicle. We do not wish to do business with Mr [redacted] in the future.

The car I purchased from this company is no good.On March 1, 2016, my husband and I went to It's All Good Auto Sales, on Third Street, in Memphis, TN and purchased a 1998 Jeep Cherokee with cash, $1,000. The vehicle had not been cleaned at all. We drove said vehicle off the lot and to our home, roughly 45 miles away. March 2, 2016 the water pump started leaking. We contacted the business and the office manager said he would resolve this issue. Before we could make it home from work March 2 the water pump had completely gone out, also the serpentine belt had broken. We exhausted all of our funds buying this vehicle. We put our trust in this company and they have done nothing to deserve it. Now we are out of a vehicle and the company will not do anything to help us. We cannot file this claim under the "Lemon Law" in the state of TENNESSEE because we purchased the vehicle used, and the lemon law only applies to vehicles purchased new. I feel that the company knew the vehicle they were selling us was no good and went ahead with the transaction anyway. I would like to try and get my money back. If there is no way for me to be refunded I feel the company needs to be investigated.Desired SettlementI would like to try and get my money back. If there is no way for me to be refunded I feel the company needs to be investigated.Business Response Contact Name and Title: Keith T[redacted] managerContact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]@itsallgoodauto.netYes Mr [redacted] came by the morning after he purchased the jeep and we set it up for him to take it to our mechanic to have the water pump replaced the next morning, We gave him the name and address of the shop and we shook hands and he left. This is the first I heard anything since that day. He never called me back to let me know there was still a problem. We will still be happy to replace the pump and belt, we have to be made aware that there is a problem before we can fix the problem. A water pump and belt is an easy fix and would not warrant a refund of his money.

I bought a 2003 Chevrolet trailblazer yesterday, May 17, 2016, at Its All Good Auto Sales, and the headlights don't work at all. I noticed the problem before I purchased the truck. The car dealership assured me that they would resolve the problem. But later as nightfall came, I noticed the lights hadn't been fixed. So this morning, May 18th, 2016, which is the next day, I took the truck back to the dealership to see if they would fix the problem since there was a 3 day warranty given. They said they wouldn't fix it and that I needed to find a electrician to fix it. Then I have to come out of my pocket to fix it. He told me that I'm out of luck and he wasn't gonna do anything. I believe if I bought a car that at least they should've made sure it was able to be driven before selling.Desired SettlementI would like the it's all good auto sales to fix my truck because they assured they would fix the problem, so they should be liable. In as much as I purchased to car yesterday and still under warrant. I shouldn't have to come out of pocket for anything under warranty and things I was promised they would fix.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] managerContact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXAs always we give each customer a 3 day 200 mile warranty on the motor and transmission only. We also give each customer a 250.00 credit to have repairs made and in turn we credit their account with a valid receipt for the work done. We also repaired several other things that we're of a concern to Ms [redacted] that she failed to mention. We will be glad to credit her account for any repairs she wishes to have done up to 250.00

I was promised by the owner that my repair would be completed by his mechanic. Repair was attempted, but now there are other issues with the vehicle.I made a down payment of $1900.00 on July 18, 2015 for a [redacted] Envoy. The employee explained the me the warranty included a 200 mile/3 day warranty. If any repairs were needed, I was to have the issue repaired and be reimbursed by the company. This would be in the form of a credit to the end of my balance. I was told the mechanic would look over the vehicle to make sure there iijjjzzwere immediate repair problems that could be fixed by the onsite mechanic. I waited 2 hours and the mechanic finally released the vehicle keys to my possession. My first issue with the truck occured about the followed week. I became stranded when I placed the car in park. The gear shift became loose (as if it were stripped)and continued to move back and forth without any restriction. I immediately called up to the shop and after being transferred 3 times, was told they could not help me with the problem. I explained that the car had broken down in my mother's driveway that was not far from the dealership. I was told they had no tow truck nor mobile mechanic that could come and assist me. Left with no other choice, I had a mechanic adjust the shift cable because it was worn as well as the bushing. The car became stuck again on August 14, 2015 after leaving a doctors appointment with my mother and so. I had someone to come and adjust the cable again. On August 16, 2015, the same problem occured while trying to leave a [redacted] drive thru with my two children. Again I had to call someone to adjust the cable which was becoming more and more worn and the bushing was completely done at this point. The problem happened again on the morning of Tuesday August 18th. I was driving on the interstate taking my children to school when I had a flat tire. I called TDOT to help me with this problem. Upon examining the tire I was told that the rim on the driver-rear tire had been cracked and an attempt to repair it was made with something resembling black putty. I took pictures of the tire's condition before and after he removed it from the vehicle. While he was attempting the repair, I was asked to move the truck back onto the asphalt so he could change the tire. While trying to move the truck, the shift cable malfunctioned again. At this point I notified the owner [redacted] via his private [redacted] messaging. I explained that I had been stuck on the side of the interstate with my children for almost 2 hours due to the condition of the vehicle I was leasing from him. He explained that he was unaware of my initial complaint and I was to take the truck immediately to the dealership's mechanic. I had to again call someone to adjust the cable so I could at least make it that far. That afternoon I picked up the truck and was told by the mechanic [redacted] that he had replaced the cable and I would not have any more problems. Thursday of that same week my children and I once again became stranded and had to call someone for help. I again had to privately message Mr. [redacted] and explain that I was once again stuck. Within this message I asked if he could tell me exactly what his mechanic repaired on the truck because it did not work and I had the same problem. He provided me with the mechanics telephone number and advised that the mechanic [redacted] would contact me immediately. He did call and advised me to bring the truck back to the dealership. I advised him that I had to find someone to help me again and they would be closed by the time I made it to their location. I dropped the truck off Friday August 28, 2015 around 9:30AM. I was told by the mechanic that he assumed (the repair kit) did not work and he would have to order the cable. The repair was attempted and failed. I visited the shop and was told that my truck would no longer crank. I was promised that issue would be fixed and any other repairs would be my responsibility. Now I'm being contacted saying they cannot repair the problem and I have to pay someone else $250 to fix the truck. Desired SettlementAt this point I am asking for a full refund. I paid the initial $1900 down. The payments were the amount of $1700 by debit card and $200 by cash. Since then I have also paid the first payment of $300 on Tuesday August 18, 2015 by debit card. Originally I thought it was fair for the dealership to replace the shift cable that retails for $45.00 ad the bushing for $15.00. They lied about completing that repair and has since failed again to complete the repair. I even have correspondence of me asking to drive another vehicle while the truck was being repaired. I was told that was not an option. I explained that I had to uproot my children to be closer while the mechanic experimented on my car. I have been told that it was the battery, the vehicle security, and now the starter switch. I think they have been guessing at the repair since the beginning. I was promised that the vehicle would be repaired and they have failed to do so. Considering that the truck was cranking and driving well when I dropped it off. The only issue was the shift cable. At this point I no longer want the vehicle because I have no idea what measures have been taken during the attempted repair and what else is tampered with or no longer working since leaving the vehicle in their care. At one point I was considering asking if my lease could be transferred into another vehicle. At this point I no longer want to do business with this company due to Mr. [redacted] not honoring what he promised me in the messages.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] managerContact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]Ms. [redacted] did purchase her vehicle on 7/18/2015 and was given a 3 day 200 mile warranty on the motor and transmission only. All other items would fall under the "as is" category. She stated that when she had problems the following week she had someone other thanour mechanic work on the vehicle 2 separate times. We do however deduct 250.00 off the balance of the loan for repairs that the customer feels needed without question with a valid receipt from a repair facility. We will be happy to refer her to a shop to get the problem corrected promptly.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)These are date and times screenshots between myself a d the owner of the dealership. In these messages he promised to assist with the rrepair. Picking up a vehicle that's not operating does not qualify as a repair. My point is these were obvious problems a real mechanic should catch before vehicles are purchased, especially it's something that can immediately cause a vehicle not to operate. So I've paid $2200.00 into a vehicle that I've barely driven a full with that is now parked in a driveway broken down. Also is it a coincidence that the person I'm being referred to charges exactly $250, the amount they offered to deduct from the bill. I don't know anyone in theur right mind that would hand over $2200 for a non- working vehicle, regardless of it being used or not. Also with the diagnosis from their mechanic constantly changing, I'm not even sure what I'm supposed to repair. Is it the shift cable, ( I purchased a new battery) the ignition switch, or just a bad vehicle. Final Business Response It appears her rebuttal is the same information provided in the first complaint. As I stated we gave her a 3day 200 mile warranty on the motor and transmission only. An outside mechanic not employed by It's All Good attempted to make repairs the the said vehicle in the beginning. We only tried to correct something that was done by him. We advised her to take the vehicle and have the repairs done and we would credit her account up to 250.00 Other than the original warranty that has since past the "as is " status is in effect, but we will out of good faith credit her bill as I stated earlier.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)Ido not agree, but this is not doing any good, so I'll accept the rebuttal. I want it on record that I do not agree nor like how this was handed. I have paid a professional mechanic to repair the the throttle body as stated. There is no way I or any person helping me could have broken the shift cable which is under the vehicle. Especially considering the first time I became stranded a week after getting the vehicle I called them for assistance. When they refused to help me someone did adjust the cable so I could get my children to school. However, the temporary fix could not last om an already worn cable. I'm not a mechanic, but there is no way to dry rot and damage a cable within one week. I want it also listed that the people trying to help me knew more than their mechanics. Proof being they lied/ or didn't know why it wouldn't start when I had it towed from their business. Honesty and integrity would have made this situation better. Nor does it explains why I was told to pay a mechanic $250 recommended by them to fix y ignition switch. The ignition switch was a never a problem. As a consumer I wish I could afford to let them get the vehicle and go somewhere else.
