The owner claimed to have sent us an order is 5 candles and we never received them. She claimed that someone else could have taken them off our porch. She dropped them off herself supposedly after not advertising this. We never received our order or money back. She is a scam and has harassed males specifically on numerous occasions, and offers sexual favors to obtain an purchase order. Oils contain THC which is illegal. She is a fraud.
It's Lit, LLC hereby prove the following complaint below to be false. It's Lit, LLC is not involved in any illegal activity. It's Lit, LLC only uses pure/ controlled products compliant with state and federal laws. Any candle scent of It's Lit, LLC can be tested. This complaint is completely false, ridiculous, and made up to it's entirety. There is no completed transaction between Ms. and It's Lit, LLC. This claim is fraudulent slander by a false source with no confirmed record of commerce with It's Lit, LLC. Please reference Wisconsin State Legislature statue 942.01 and statue 942.03; defamation of a businessWhoever with intent to defame communicates any defamatory matter to a 3rd person without the consent of the person defamed is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.(2) Defamatory matter is anything which exposes the other to hatred, contempt, ridicule, degradation or disgrace in society or injury in the other's business or occupation.In addition, please reference statue 947.013; HarassmentWhoever, with intent to harass or intimidate another person, does any of the following is subject to a Class B forfeiture: Thank you for your time.
