It's Mine Labels

I placed an order with this company and never received a confirming order, order number, or invoice online. I called and spoke with someone because I got worried they didn't get the order somehow and she told me she was going to call when she had something to tell me. I received a partial order with no statement, invoice #, etc. but my checking account was debited for $67.60 and to date, knowing I needed the product asap, because my grandson is leaving for camp on March 2nd at 9:15 am, I am still awaiting the rest of my order. I will need to go out and buy something to make do because they took my money and I didn't get my full order but they have my money. I ordered similar product from another company and received everything over a week ago. I believe they should return my money for what I did not receive timely.
