I purchased shipping with this agent through a broker on the 17th of August. My motorcycle was to be picked up between the 22nd and 25th. I attempted to contact the agent the day the shipping was purchased, left a detailed voicemail, and expected a call back. I hadn't heard back within 24 hours so I tried again. This continued until the 22nd and I still hadn't heard back. Contacted the broker who also tried to get in contact with the agent but they were unsuccessful as well. On the 25th I still had not heard from this agent and my motorcycle had not been picked up. I never received any indication as to why my bike had never been picked up, or why the broker had failed to contact me. I was able to have a cancelation placed on my payment, but this required a 72 hour "dispute window" to allow the broker to dispute the cancelation. This time passed with no confirmation or dispute. This was an extra 3 days that the money I had spent was in limbo. Rather than letting me know, as soon as possible, that the shipment was not possible, the agent chose to leave me in the dark and without the money I had payed trusting that the motorcycle would be delivered. For nearly two weeks the agent had ignored my attempts to contact him and remedy the problem. Incredibly unprofessional, absolutely no communication, and a major inconvenience for me as I waited nearly two weeks. Had the agent been in contact with me at the time he knew the shipment was not possible, I could have found other means. Instead, I had to wait and now I'm back where I started.

Yep we missed this one. I handed it off to the driver and we just missed it. I was under the impression he was picking it up and it his travels he missed placed the dispatch sheet and turned right when he should have turned left.
The shipper booked through [redacted] where we have 189 5 out of 5 star perfect rating. We are also highly rated on Central Dispatch as a 98 out 100. When I spoke to this customer about the issue he just cussed and sent me nasty pictures from 2 different phone numbers. He could have cancelled the load at anytime and got his money back. We didnt handle his shipment correctly that is true but the verbal attacts and abuse showed this guys real colors. He actually sent me a picture of hman fecies in a toilet bowl and threaten to rub it in my eyes. This was days after the shipment was cancelled I had to put his phone numbers on ignore. Both of them.
