Review: It's Organic engaged unauthorized electronic withdrawal of funds from my bank account.

Through a charitable organization, I signed up to receive produce from It's Organic for a 4-delivery commitment. Payment would be make by check in the amount of $29.99 for each delivery which was left at the doorstep the morning of delivery. At the end of my commitment, I proceeded with canceling (opting to shop at the local farmers market) and was advised my notification was too late to cancel the 5th delivery. A 5th and final check was issued on April 2nd. On or about April 13th, while reconciling my account, I noted that my 5 checks had been deposited and that It's Organic electronically withdrew 2 additional payments from my account. I notified them of this matter and the confirmed a credit was due on April 16th in the amount of $59.98. It's Organic as advised that payment is forthcoming but to date I have not received. My last e-mail of May 29th inquirinig as to status has not been responded to.

While I will never do business with It's Organic again, I am very disturbed at their practice of electronically withdrawing money from a customers account without permission. How many others have they engaged in this practice with? Additionally troubling is the acknowledgement that they owed money and have failed to reimburse in a reasonable time.

While I attempted to work with this company to resolve, it is apparent they have no intent of righting a wrong and I believe it is important to notify the Revdex.com of this companies unethical and fraudulent practices. I will also be pursuing this matter with my bank.Desired Settlement: The $59.98 owed for the unauthorized withdrawal.

Review: The company it's organic is trying to charge me more money than what they're supposed to. I first ordered vegetable from them November of 2014. I mailed them the check on Nov 6, 2014 of an amount of 23.99. The company waited until January 27, 2015 and are attempting to double charge me that I feel I do not owe them. I feel that they are trying to cheat me out of money I would like nothing more than to have them stop billing me. Desired Settlement: I would like the company to reimburse me the $23.99 and an apology for how they treated me.

Review: The River Oaks PTA located in Galt, CA entered in to a agreement with ITS ORGANIC! On January 14, 2015 to do a mutually beneficial fundraiser for River Oaks Elementary. We were given pamphlets and emailed copies of the hand outs and order forms to print out for our students. We were asked to provide the copies and envelopes, as well as time to staple and put together the packets for the students, approx. 595 students attend River Oaks Elementary. After the closing of the fundraiser date I Contacted [redacted] to check in on how many online orders were received, she states only 1 online order was received, which happened to be my sister in Elk grove, CA. Since our numbers were shockingly low, I proposed that she come to set up a booth at our science night. She showed up and took a few orders, as well as a few interested parties that would get back to her. That was on March 18, 2015.After that date I had not heard from [redacted], I inquired about the other orders that were received, I asked when a settlement check was going to be issued. She responded to my email on May on May 5th, stating that she was going to check on it and get back to me. On May 12th I sent another email inquiring about the check, she responded that it was cut and sent the day before, May 11, 2015.On May 21, 2015 I had not received a check yet, I sent her an email inquiring on the status, I have not received a reply to date.June, 1, 2015, I left a voice mail message and email, as well as called the main number to find a resolution. I have yet to hear from her.I have a few concerns about the legitimacy of the fundraiser program that they offer. There is no checks and balances to verify the numbers that she is telling me since t is all online in their system. I am also concerned about the lack of response about the check being sent, and coincidentally they have increased their deliveries in Galt, but apparently none of which are from our students? This has been a very bad experience.Desired Settlement: I would like the monies promised to us for the fundraiser that River Oaks participated in. And I would like to add that even when requested, the amount raised from the fundraiser was never provided.

Review: A deleted order was activated a month after the deletion time and a charge was placed on the account.

I bought this groupon for one time delivery of a mix fruit and vegatable box. After I purchase the groupon I fallow the steps to redeem it. I create a log in for the it's organic website but I couldnt enter the groupon so I called the customer service to get help. They told me that the groupon has been added to my account...so I went back on the website to place the order. For some reason I couldnt....I played around trying to place the order and after a while a gave up and erase/ delete my orders from the basket. After almost a month since that day I ve notice on my bank statement a charge of $136 from its organic...I called them to see what is happening...the lady who answered ( Susan) told me that my deleted orders, has been activated...I was shocked....how come a deleted order you activated???  I told her that I dont need so many orders total of 7 because those orders has been deleted and wasn't an actual order....she said .." Oh yah I just told you any order delete it will be reactivate after a month"...but very rude ..and I try to explain her that the only thing I need is to redeem my groupon...nothing else.By the way..they sent a confirmation email.just with about 3 hours before you can cancel the order and if you are trying to call them they will not answer...I have made 15 calls till I finally got somebody to answer and of course after the delivery time cancelation.After speaking with her she said that she will call her supervisor and inform about the situation to see if she can do anything about it.After about 2 hours I got a call saying that her supervisor approved to cancel my order and to get only the groupon order and to get a refund for the full amount. I have waited a week to get my refund....nothing ..so I called on Tue may 7th and after several calls I left a voice message to return my call but nothing. On Wed , may 8th I called again, about 10 times till finallly the same lady answer the phone.  I told her about the situation and the fact that I havent received my refund yet and she said that " ohh the lady who does refunds is coming in today, I will see what I can do"...whattttt?? You hold my money for a week and then you are telling me it's gonna take another weeek...MAYBE...I am so so mad...this is not fair...what is going on with this company???And beside that when I received my order ( the groupon order I got: 1 basket with 7 strawberries, 2 bell pepper trash them because they were old, 3 potatoes, 1 bunch of kale leaf, another bunch of I dont know what kind (trash), 1 bunch of letuce and 4 apples...what kind of order is this...????OMG...please do not do business with them anymore..I Desired Settlement: I just need my money back as soon as posible.
