DOG NOT GO TO ITS PAWSIBLE IS WESTHAMPTON UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY IN THE TRASH!

I want to warn anyone looking to train their dog not to go to It's Pawsible is Westhampton unless you want to be told your dog needs one on one training after you have already paid a non refundable free for BASIC manners class for an additional $199. This business is only out to make money. They won't tell you this is even a possibility until after you paid your non refundable $215 for class which they will refuse to put toward the private classes they now require you to go to in order to attend their BASIC manners class. Idk about anyone else but to me BASIC means step one and if you want to evaluate dogs to be in the class you need to disclose this prior to the class being paid for not after they already conned you or of you're money.

A refund was promised by the [redacted]. No refund has been issued.On May 16th, I verified class dates with It's Pawsible for a class beginning May 30th. I felt it necessary to do this because on two prior occasions the business changed the class dates AFTER the class began. This was very difficult for me to change my fixed work schedule to coincide with the change. My schedule was set and any variation from the class schedule would prohibit me from attending all the classes. After receiving confirmation that the dates were correct, I signed up for and paid for the class. Three weeks into this class, on June 17th, I received notification that the dates for the remaining classes would change. This prohibited me from attending the final class which I would have otherwise been able to attend if the business honored their commitment. Upon receiving the email notification from the [redacted] I explained my disappointment and displeasure. She was apologetic for changing the schedule for personal reasons and offered a refund for the final class. Her words: "...Are you just upset with me because of me taking the night off? I can give you a refund for that night -no problem." I thought this would resolve the issue but no refund has been issued. [redacted] has now forwarded all communications to [redacted] (including her own email). He has been less than helpful and argumentative. [redacted] refuses to follow up with me or at the very least [redacted] refuses to allow me to speak with [redacted]. I paid for the class in full and expected the dates they scheduled to be honored. When they couldn't and offered a refund, I at least expected them to honor that. I'm actually shocked. It seems silly to argue over a refund for one class, which was already promised, especially since I have been doing business with them for 3 years. They would prefer to argue and keep twenty-five dollars than keep my business?Desired Settlement$25Business' Initial Response It's PAWSible! Dog Training Center Inc. does have a no refund policy, which [redacted] is aware of. There was a scheduling conflict that came up and we did offer a makeup class, which we did have and was attended by all but [redacted].In a good faith effort we did offer [redacted] a refund, [redacted] stated at class that a credit towards his next class would be good. As [redacted] stated in his complaint he has been doing business with It's PAWSible! for three years. A credit was issued to [redacted]'s account to be used at a later date. As far as It's PAWSible! knew [redacted] was happy.Surprisingly, three days after the makeup class that [redacted] received a credit for, he sent an email stating "I got back last night from vacation and didn't see anything from you in the mail" As the other business [redacted], [redacted] I replied to [redacted]'s email asking him if he could explain his email. [redacted] stated that [redacted] knew all about it and did I have his address. I told [redacted] that [redacted] was not in the office and I would have to get back to him. When I told [redacted] that I would have to get back to him he became very sarcastic and combative to the point were, yes, [redacted] was asked not to address [redacted] and too direct all communications to me directly. Me stating to [redacted]" I will look into it and get back to you" is not unreasonable and definitely did not justify [redacted]'s behavior. [redacted] does have a $25 credit, however, [redacted] is going to need to apologize for his behavior before he will be able to return to It's PAWSible[redacted]It's PAWSible! Dog Training CenterConsumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The response from [redacted] is just not true. The "scheduling conflict" that came up was the [redacted] visiting with her sister who planned a visit AFTER the class schedule was in place. I specifically confirmed the dates of the class BEFORE payment so there would not be a change. I was assured there would not be otherwise I would never have signed up for the class in the first place. It's Pawsible had rescheduled classes twice before. In this instance, any rescheduling would prohibit me from attending the new dates due to prior commitments. The fact that the others class attendees were able to reschedule is moot. The fact remains; it was an unexpected change that prohibited my attendance.[redacted] offered to refund me that one class. NOT credit my account; that was never discussed. [redacted] stated at class that a credit towards his next class would be good" is just a lie. I never said that or anything like that. AND it was never discussed in class; only with [redacted] via email. This is the first mention of it because it is a complete fabrication.My attempts by phone and email to [redacted] have been unsuccessful. For whatever reason, [redacted] whom I have never met, forbids me from speaking with her. He has been nothing short of rude and unprofessional. [redacted] said she would refund the class and that's exactly what I expect.Business' Final Response It's PAWSible! has received no phone calls from [redacted] and no recent emails. It's PAWSible! acted in a good faith and professional manner, we are sorry that [redacted] is not happy.
