On Monday, May 16, at approximately 5:00pm, I went into Ferrari Wireless at San Mateo to see if I could find a used Verizon Wireless compatible phone An unnamed woman whom I now know is the owner's daughter assisted me She brought out phones--all of them older models; however, I was willing to buy one of them in hopes that it would last for approximately months until I could get a newer model from Verizon My phone at the time was malfunctioning and unreliable I decided to pay a premium $80/cash (primarily for convenience sake) for an older model LG Verizon compatible phone with the assurance that there was a week warranty The owner's daughter attempted to charge the phone and told me that the phone was in good working condition; however, it needed a full charge to be completely operational She inserted my sim card and said that the phone was working She told me that the owner would not accept returns if the customer "just didn't like the phone", but to bri
