I bought a slime tube for a 700 road bike tire, the first time I went out with it there was a puncture, pin size, and had to put a patch on it, there was no "sealing" effect with this tube whatsoever.

and it can take a few business days to respond to everybody. We try hard to practice "first in, first out" so that the emails that were sent first get responded to first. We are sorry that our sealant is not performing to your expectations, Without being able to inspect the inner tube, it is hard to say what the trouble is but I suspect that there is damage to the tube in an area outside the tread area that is not allowing the sealant to perform properly. In any case, we stand behind our products and we would be more than happy to refund your purchase price if you could provide us with a copy of your proof of purchase.We received 3 photographs of your flat bicycle tire, but we did not receive a copy of your receipt. If you could please email your receipt to comments@slime .com, we will initiate the refund to be processed on your behalf.
