 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Per the ITX policy you quote, there are a number of errors that are of relevance. According to the policy your registrar is [redacted] According to your posts here it's [redacted]. You've told me I should have known the [redacted] policy, yet your policy references another registrar, so there was no way for me to have known the registrar or their policy.According to your policy, "All domain registrations are for a one-year period". The word there is "all". Mine was not, I attempted to renew, you screwed it up and my website went offline, and then it still was not renewed for a one-year period. If I had received the extension to my domain, none of this would be an issue. But I did not receive a renewal. According to your own policy you attempt to use to refuse to refund my money, domain registration is $8.95. You charged me $15, so you clearly overcharged me (and I would guess, all of your other customers), according to your own published policy. So you initally double-charged me $15, and that double-charge was in fact incorrect amount according to the policy you use as justification. Looking back at my records, you've overcharged me every year since at least 2011. I have reviewed your old policies, and it was $8.95 for every year since 2011. If you are reading this and are an ITX customer, please note they are overcharging you for your domain renewals according to their policy, and might owe a refund. So the ITX policy is deceptive, quoting the wrong amounts, for the wrong registrar. History has proven time and again I should expect this type of service from ITX Design. I clearly should have left earlier from my troubles over the years.
Irregardless of the fact that you refuse to refund my money for a service that you did not provide, you furthermore overcharged me based on your own policy. By my math you owe me $15 for 2014 (for the service you did not provide), and an additional $18.15 for 2011, 2012, and 2013, or $33.15. Please refund my money.
Regards,

Hello,  The client was double billed for the domain and I sent a refund to the client right away and he got an email regarding this.  The domain was renewed with us.  This is from [redacted] our domain register.  The domain carolinacanoeclub.org was renewed through your account...

via order [redacted].  The client has no grounds at all regarding this as the refund was processed before he contacted you and the domain was renew with us so the 15.00 domain renewal is a valid charge.

Review: On Dec. 12, 2014, I used the ITX website to renew my domain from 12/13/2014 to 12/13/2015 for $15. The transaction processed through, and I received an invoice.

On Dec. 14, 2014 my website went offline. I checked the registration, and found that the domain still had not been updated and showed Dec. 13, 2014. I contacted ITX, and they said that there had been an error, and that they had now processed it through manually. It then took several tried for them to bring my website back on-line.

At this point I decided that it was time to use a different domain registrar, and moved my domain to a different registrar. The new registrar charged me to extend the domain registration, and they renewed it from 12/13/2014 to 12/13/2015 (showing that in fact ITX had not renewed the domain registration). I did this move on 12/29/2014, plenty of time for ITX to have processed my paperwork, but it was still not done.

When I went to dispute the transaction with my credit card, I found that ITX had actually billed me twice. for the same transaction they could not perform correctly once.Desired Settlement: A refund of my $30.
