We have reviewed the details surrounding this customer’s encounter. The customer contacted IU Health Home Care and placed the order for supplies through our automated system. Our delivery time commitment of 7-business days was communicated with our customer at the time the order
was placed This customer did indeed receive the ordered supplies within that stated time frame. Customers are notified at multiple points during their service relationship that they will be financially responsible for any amounts denied by their insurance company.
