Better...

Business Bureau:While Dr B[redacted] did call my wife on 9/28.  The response from the business does not address the delay in responding to the phone inquiry of September 22, 2017.  We find a response of 4 plus days to be unacceptable. We understand no response on the week-end, but believe a response within 24 business hours would be better when involving a health issue. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me.
