so insanely abusive and negligent towards people. if you're scared of being raped, it's clinically recommended to make you feel stupid for even thinking you'd get help here. ask dayana ferrera about that. I have severe depression, OCD, and other disorders, but I'm never going to therapy again and they have broken my trust of people entirely. I can't talk to anyone because I don't know how but they've proven that they'll find a new way to make you regret ever talking to them. they'll pull you in every direction and make you feel dumb the whole time. I was only ever open and honest and just trying to get help...
ER Rx FOR UNTREATED SPINAL STENOSIS with BOWEL PROLAPSE: Hot pepper.
IU Health has become an immoral money-grubber outlet with unethical doctors seeking to settle patients into wheelchairs and nursing homes. Over 15 years, Anthem denied treatment for spinal stenosis and osteoporosis due to menopausal bone loss. At age 64, resulting pelvic floor (bowel) prolapse was denied GI consult and patient was sent away with a prescription for Salon Pas patches and pepper cream to rub on neuropathic body parts. WORTHLESS and hazardous for patient's role as a Parkinson's caregiver changing adult diapers. I have many IU dirty stories. Moving out of the IU Health radar is good advice for local resident victims.
The IU “health” system puts politics above patient health and well-being. The optometrist I was scheduled to see had zero regard for my emotional, physical and mental health well-being, and she turned me away. If there turns out to be anything seriously wrong with my vision, it’s on her. The messenger is just as guilty as the ones responsible for the message. She could have made an exception.
I have spent an entire morning trying to get records not included in my portal. I have been sent to a public records call center in Ga, been put on hold and sent to IT help centers, referred back to Saxony Orthopedic where I found a form that doesn't tell you where to send it once completed. Wow ... wish I could give less than a 1 star
I attempted to make an appointment online. I was unable to complete the process because I was a new patient. I called to make an appointment and waited on hold for several minutes, listening to how I should make my appointment online - repeatedly. When a person did come on the line, I told her I was a new patient wanting to make an appointment, and that I was unable to do so online. She did not acknowledge that, simply said Name, Date of Birth... She said that the doctor I wanted to see could not see me until three months out. I told her I had recently moved from out of state, had no physician, and had illnesses I needed treatment for, and prescriptions I needed filled. She offered no alternatives! No cancellation list, no other physician who might be able to see me sooner. I told her I couldn't wait that long and would have to call another provider. To which she replied curtly, have a good day and hung up. It is not the circumstances that are at issue, it was her attitude from the second she deigned answer the call. Zero personality, and obviously does not care about IU's patients.
Annual mammogram screening, no cost per insurance. NP, Kimberly C did not code it correctly and now I'm being charged over $700 from ***. I went to see the NP on 4/18 with 2 spots dry / red / itchy. One on my neck and 1 on my breast. She told me that I had skin Candidiasis and prescribed me clotrimazole topical. I then had her schedule my mammogram. Why would it be scheduled as anything other than a normal mammogram? I did not have any issues per her assessment. I've tried calling the office but I am not able to speak with her or Dr. G, I've sent an email via My *** and got a response saying that is what it was coded but could not tell me why.
