I made orders over the summer, got shirts with wrong logos, had a terrible time trying to get on the phone with them, voicemail is the only thing that pops up upon calling the companyRude staff that doesn't handle calls accordingly or with ethicUniforms material is terrible and so thick in this Florida sunny weather, negative experience with them

Our charter school uses this company for all uniform needsThe order process was fine, the website worked as neededUpon receiving the uniforms the clothing fit poorly, although I measured and checked the needs of both my children the shorts were too smallI had to order separate times through the months of July and August and none of the items fitFinally I have purchased a used pair off a exchange website through our school, they fit in the waist but are HUGE everywhere elseI am not sure why the clothing is sized so poorly
For the polo shirts, in our first week of school the kids came home and the shirts look awfulThe material has begun to pill all over, my sons shirt has come apart in the stitching around the neckline (button area) and my daughters shirt just looks worn out (after only wash)I think the quality of the clothing they are using is terrible
The customer service is nonexistentI have tried on numerous occasions to contact themI have left voicemails with no return phone callI sat on hold for minutes yesterday to get a nice young girl who explained that they are very overwhelmed and cannot process any returns for the next few weeksThey have no method to check if they have even received my return that was sent to them last weekHer exact response was "we have piles of returns just sitting in a corner that we cannot get toMaybe you could call us back in a week or so to see if we have got your order processed"
I couldn't get upset with the young girl, she is just doing her best and answering phones but what I do not understand is why this business has not implemented a better system to get orders in and out of the warehouseThey are school uniform companyThey have to expect that the beginning of the school year is going to be busy and should have prepared by proper staffing and opening more lines of communicationThey have no problem taking our money but do not offer refunds or exchanges in a timely manner so that families can purchase comparable items in the meantime for the kids to use in school
Many families within our school are very unhappy with the services and I think the company needs to take a long look at their policies and business strategy before they lose their vendors (schools) to other willing businesses that can provide the quality and *** service

They do not inform their customers when an item is on back orderIt took them over a month to ship me a PE shirt, then they shipped me a shirt from the wrong schoolWhen I spoke to a manger she told me that she would rush me a new shirt, over a week later it finally came

Our charter school uses this company for all uniform needs. The order process was fine, the website worked as needed. But the customer service is very, very poor to non-existent.

- They neither respond to emails nor return phone calls; And if you are able to speak to a representative, they are not customer oriented.
- They are notorious for shipping incorrect items , ie. wrong school logos, wrong gender polo shirts, wrong size of shirts/pants/jackets, etc...
- They do not inform their customers when an item is on back order or no longer available. (Hint: Grey polo shirts)

With this being said, the pricing for purchasing these uniform items ($16-$20) is not worth the issues you will experience from this company.

You would expect this company would have some forethought and be better prepared that the beginning of the school year is going to be busy and should have proper staffing, more open lines of communication, and a surplus of product. They have no problem taking our money but do not offer refunds or exchanges in a timely manner so that families can purchase comparable items in the meantime for the kids to use in school. Many families within our school are very unhappy with the services and I think the company needs to take a long look at their policies and business strategy before they lose their vendors (schools) to other willing businesses that can provide the quality and timely service needed.
