I feel realy bad abou this situation.Dear when I when to your placce to offer you the estimate and the contracct itselft is not a estimate for houly cost is a flat cost whet ever time we use to work in your have will be under our company reponsability waht I am tray to say is that
if we where take more on the estimate time you won't be happing paying for the extratime becasue the contract is that a contrac price for a specificate service do not mater if we use more or lest time of what we estimate.the reason because I put on the description of the time was because you need it like that way to use for you insurrance complain.I send you two times the invoice of what you all ready payme.I never call you back you get the $that you still ownme so I realy do not undertand what is all about???
