This girl needs to have her license revoked. Had numerous problems 3 years ago and notified Revdex.com. Paid for furniture that was not delivered and nothing but lies.
She then moved to Nashville and now find out she is having similar complaints all over the place. This girl cannot be trusted. She is giving the Designers a bad name.

Review: Paid Iva Designs just under 13K for furniture that was never ordered and Owner Stacy I[redacted] moved from the [redacted] area to the [redacted] area and will not respond to phone calls and emails. I have been ripped off by this woman.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded !

Review: I hired Iva Designs for a remodel of my living room. Her contract required me to pay %80 up front for work and furnishings she would buy on my behalf. This should have been a red flag. I was nave and actually paid in full for items we agreed she would purchase & for services. It was a scam. She only completed half the work, and purchased half the furnishings then disappeared for 2 weeks. No response to my calls, emails or texts. In frustration, I reached out to a colleague to find out she was on vacation, yet I, the client had not been told. I told the colleague I needed to hear within 24 hours or I would file a police report. [redacted] contacted me via email immediately, surprisingly. She felt horrible I didn't know she was away (she claimed she sent me an email) and asked "what time/day works best for you and I will be right over to rectify everything with you". Given this gross miscommunication I expected a call. No, more email. I responded how unprofessional this was not to have been called of the absence, especially if she had no form of me to communicate with her while in the middle of a project. I no longer trusted her - she had my money. Regardless, I provided 2 dates I was available to meet. NO response from her! To date, no response to my emails or voice messages. She owes me for furnishings exchanged (some items were returned for quality issues others for not being suitable) other furnishings have not been received yet, and for work not completed yet all paid for. She refuses to meet to reconcile my account for money she owes me $1100 from my accounting. I've been taken.Desired Settlement: She needs to either complete the work and provide the items she invoiced me for that have not been received yet or refund my money.
