Hi we already took care of customer

I went ahead and reached out to Mr [redacted] and asked him to come in to the dealership so we can do the necessary repairs on his vehicle He will be calling me back shortly so we can set up a time for him to come in and address any other concerns that he might have

there was a third party hired by Mr*** to take care of the scratches and Westcott Mazda reimbursed Mr***Customer *shappy now

To whom this may concern,Customer walked inside the showroom and was cursing in front of other clients. He was asked to leave. Customer seemed to be under the influence. Thank you

[I took my vehicle to [redacted] Mazda for a diagnosis. Please see the attachment below. Apparently, it's my rotors that's bad. I would still like westcott Mazda to replace my rotors as this was the cause of the vibration. The service advisor at [redacted] Mazda advised me to bring this to your attention. Also, I found out that the vehicle I rented was a previous rental and I have proof that this was not disclosed to me at the time of sale. I can file another complaint or we can just resolve these two issues on this case ID. Please advise on how you would like to proceed.]

[redacted],   The vehicle was inspected on February 27th and at the time the brakes were at 85%.  There was minor maintenance done on the car but the brakes were still fairly new.  I've attached the inspection sheet that's required on every certified Mazda vehicle that we...

I subumitted a receipt to Wescott Mazda on Feb.6 2017. I have not been reimbursed yet.
