Review: We have not utlized the companies services but they bill us monthly.
On November 21, 2011 we were exploring the potential use of Ivans services on-line and quickly found that it would not be a feasible service for our small medical practice. We did not complete downloading the web components for operation of the service, nor did we complete the application process by providing Ivans with our Medicare billing information. We have not ever utilized their services for obtaining a patient verification. Desired Settlement: We would appreciate it if Ivans would understand that we in no shape or form used their services and discontinue billing us for a product we did not completely download onto our computers nor did we provide them with our provider information in which they could perform any services for us.
