Ivete's Cleaning

At first, the service was great. The owner came out to my location to give an estimate and explained exactly what the cleaner would do. She also stated the job would take about 3 hours.
The cleaners arrived 15 minutes late (not a big deal) but took only 1 hour and 45mins to clean the apartment. They "halfway" cleaned and when asked to go over certain areas, they began to complain. They became frustrated and started talking badly among themselves in Spanish.
Also, both of the workers that reported for the job were short in height. They did not bring a ladder or step stool to clean areas that they could not reach and when asked about the cleaning fans and higher areas, stated they cleaned it.
I was also told that they would clean the floors, dishwasher and oven. They brought cloths and no brillo pads or hard cleaners for these areas. I was told they would clean inside the windows and doors and there was cleanly dirt visible in those areas when they were "finished". They had to be asked to clean inside the closet, the oven and dirt on the floors.
They actually left before the job was completed and when instructed to come back, continued to speak in Spanish negatively among themselves (they did not know that we could understand them) and had a serious attitude. They still didn't do the job up the standard of the over $200 that they were paid.
