You guys know what you did and it was wrong and I hope you can go to sleep at night with god knowing what you did if the Revdex.com doesn't do something for what you did GOD will and god bless you if you want proof of the credit card charges I am more than happy to show all of you and who ever else wants to see them cause I will win this dispute take that to the bank thank you

Our hotel is pet friendly hotel where we welcome pet with fees. Since ***'s reservation did not have any information about her pet she was given non pet friendly room.At the time of check out front desk clerk noticed that she had more than adults in the room and undeclared pet over lbs. Therefore ***'s credit card on file was charged total of $(pet fee $and extra cleaning fee $25.) Her credit card declined and we informed that to her. She agreed to come back and pay $in cashWhich she did.We issued a credit of $to ***'s credit card.We do not have any control over how long it takes to process refund on prepaid cardsSuper does not have her money any more therefore there won't be any more refund from our end.Thank you***Super
