My bank would not process the charge to our account for $199.99 because we contacted them immediately the following morning to tell them we were scammed by IVURO ITS.  Our bank charged us a $32.00 stop payment fee for stopping the transaction from happening.  IVURO ITS did not...

credit our card as they had said they would, and obviously they wouldn't have been able to anyway becuase we reported that bank card as a stolen card the same day the company charged us the $199.99.  At present, we just want the scammers to have to pay the Stop payment fee of $32.00.
