[redacted]  In response to the complaint we received regarding [redacted]Prior to the incident on Mother's Day 2017, this person became a concern because her behavior showed signs of intoxication each time she was a guest at our restaurant. #1: This guest was cut off by our bartenders by my request on more than one occasion.  She received more than one warning regarding over consumption of alcohol, and at times was uncooperative, insisting that we allow her to stay drinking at our bar after we had closed. #2: This guest climbed on top of and stood on top of our bar.  She received a warning, as this action may have endangered herself or others and is unacceptable behavior. #3: This guest became loud and aggressive in her conversations, to the point that other guests and employees complained to me or asked to be moved to another table or bar stool.   #4: This guest ordered food from our bar and in turn brought plates of food to another table of guests.  She received a warning that if she continued to disrespect our policies, we would not be able to serve her.  #5: This smashed our menu board outside and broke the newly installed acrylic glass display by striking it with her fist.  This was witnessed in front of our security guards the night after she received a final warning.  This guest urinated in her pants and was advised that she was not allowed inside our building. We have no records of any "assault" on any guest. In regards to her statements about skin color or race and her not encouraging "people of color" and insinuating that we do not want "people with melanin in their skin"; I do not condone this type of communication, for it portrays ignorance, and goes against God and humanity. In conclusion about her criticism of poor customer service: This guest received the best customer service we could give her, up until she became a consistent nuisance and her behavior warranted intervention.  Respectfully,Peter-- J.
