Review: About 11pm on the 10th of February. When I saw that there was hair in the bathroom sink and the toilet was filthy and had urine in it, I returned the key and asked for my money back. The clerk was on the phone with the owner, [redacted], who said she would refund it the next day. I was travelling and left Stockton early in the morning after spending the night at the Comfort Inn (nice). I called to ask [redacted] to refund the money to my card and she refused to do it. I continued to call her and ask her to do the right thing and she began to hang up on me and threatened to call police. She stole my money and wants the police to keep me from calling? She said, "Money doesn't grow on trees!" I said, I know, thats why I dont want to pay for a room that was unfit to stay in.Desired Settlement: I would like the money returned to my account I used a credit card. I would like an appology and an extra $100. for the time and trouble it has been and the aggravation dealing with this cheating business person and the Revdex.com but I am well aware that won't happen. My money returned is all I rightfully expect.

SHE STAYED AND DSICIDED TO LEAVE SINCE IT WAS PAID BY CARD MY WIFE SAID TO BE BACK NEXT DAY AND SHE WILL CALL CARD PROCESSING COMPANY TO REFUND ..........SHE PAID TOTAL OF $70 INCLUDING $10 KEY DEPOSIT WHICH OUR MANAGER GAVE HER BACK WHEN SHE LEFT LUCKLY HE HAS THAT $10 CASH ON HIM...I AM WILLING TO SEND A CHECK OF $ 60.....THATS ALL I CAN DO WITH GOOD BAITH THAT SHE REALY NEVER USE ROOM.
