low budget/knockoff quality pieces that looks nothing like the picture on your webstiteNow I have to go out & really buy all new outfits for my birthday because the stuff you sent was despicable"
Then she quoted a phrase pertaining to my business
"Here at Ivyluxe Boutique we put customer service firstWe aim to keep our customers happy and ongoing consumersWe are an eclectic boutique with a genre of styles to choose from." Lies was her response
She then went into saying you live and you learn and you get what you pay for, but never would I have expected thatI know everybody have to get they money how they can get it, so I understand, but I wasted my time and money and I just wanted you to know that you are wrong! I should have known something was up when it said No Refunds or Exchanges

I responded by saying" You really didn't have to do all that, all you had to say was is there anyway I can get my money backI told her I stand firm to the products I sale and that she picked those items which are bodycon dresses which are thin materialTo make a long story short, I agreed to refund her moneyShe then responded saying "Thank you, God Bless you, that is really Big of you & good customer service, I really appreciate that, I do apologize if I offended you in any way, that was not my intentions, and that's not the type of person I am...I'll send them back today!
