I work for iWALK USA and called the person who filed the complaint, to apologizeIn September we were taken over by a new company and many emails and warranty issues were not received, we gave been trying to solve these issues, I wanted to let the person know we can send a new cable out to them and we are very sorry,We take our quality of products very seriously and test all the products at our factory, the last thing we want is an unhappy customer,I am available at [redacted] *** Jonathan B [redacted] *
