Afer agreeing to contract to have a complete website developed for $1500 [redacted] put down $750 towards the completion of the site.
We track all work on a task by task completion basis and a PDF of this work completed...

is attached. All modifications to the site were approved by [redacted] including upgrading to a different much more compatible template.
All timelines were approved by [redacted]. As it is practical to to expect a website is completed in the timeframe we completed listed tasks especially taking into account the customized changes [redacted] wanted to be implemented that were outside of the original scope of work, including a customized header/video with specific coding modification and creation of all logos that did not exist prior to our engagement but were added to the project.
The bottomline is [redacted] wanted to save $1500 and tried to get $500 of the $750 back even after we have detailed work that totals $1180 which does not include the $100 logo.
This even after we agreed to turn the site over to him to allow him to bring someone in to complete and to forgo the remaining $750 + $100 for graphics that was created and paid for by a contracted graphics company for.
I even personally did over a 1 hour webinar live with the person [redacted] brought in, while [redacted] was also on the webinar, to complete the website, showing her how to edit every component of the site. It seeems she did not want to try and complete the site given the work it would require so [redacted] proceeded to demand all his money back. We even redirected the domain name that we registered to his build it your self site for no extra charge when he could not get the site we were 2/3 the way completed with done with his hired help.
Here are the totals from the work we have completed as detailed in the attached PDF at a discounted $50 per hour rate (normal rate is $60 per hour):

Bottom line: [redacted], after contracting to have us do work for a great looking complete site that included hosting and support, decided to do it himself with one of the do it yourself websites and wanted to save as much of the $1,500 he had committed to.
We did $1,180 of work and $100 in contracted graphics work and when we refused to bow to his demand to refund the demanded $500 decided to further try to pressure the refund by filing a Revdex.com complaint, our 1st ever Revdex.com complaint in an effort to get his $500 refund.
I wish [redacted] well, but I will never put in as many hours of work only to be demanded that the work be done for free or refunded. I do many many hours of charity work already and this was not agreed to as charity work.
