Review: I purchased a hotspot device June [redacted] 2014 with a monthly service, no explanation of warrantee was given. Approximately 2 weeks old the device burnt out from within causing the device to dangerously swell up and not work properly. I called the provider H20Bolt for guidance on June [redacted], and was instructed to take the unit and the receipt to the store so that the merchant can exchange it for me, June [redacted] I went to the Store and was told that I would have to purchase another device and that I would not be reimbursed for the defective device. I called the Provider again while I was in the store and was told that there's no warranty on these units, and that I would have to purchase another unit. Why does the customer who is not at fault have to purchase the device again? I have two more weeks of service that I can not use. The unit is approximately 2 x 2 x 1/2 inches, in size, H2OBolt 4G wifi hotspot. In the store it costs $120 plus tax with a monthly service of $50. Please help. I refuse to purchase another potentially bad devise and continue to lose money. I have until July [redacted] of unusable service now.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be fully reimbursed due to their policies and potentially having another unit go bad again to go through a frustrating cycle.
