Hello My Name is *** *** from Dominican RepSeveral months ago I bought a Samsung Galaxy Sphone to this company (IWIRELESS) for EBAYThe purchase process was correctI received the cell phone in good condition but it was not from SIMCARDRequest the company to return the article with the condition that when they receive it back they will make the return of my moneyThey received the cell phone and I have more than two months waiting for my money back and I have not received anythingI write them and they only respond that my account is incorrect and other pretextsMy mails no longer respond or take my callsSo I ask for your help to get my money back from the cell phone and the shipping cost I made from my country

I have been with iWireless for - 2year contracts plus some prepaid timeI had a bad experience for years while working in Iowa CityMy phone just wouldn't call out or text 2/3rds of the timeI complained and got a $credit so I signed up againThe next contract after that I paid half of my phone up front and paid the rest in installmentsOn my current contract I found out a month after I started that the same phones I got this time were being given free to new customersI also discovered that they are still trying to charge me for the phones from the last contractAlso when they say you are paying a certain amount will actually be biggerMy current plan is supposed to be $for the first phone then $25, then $and $for two kid user phonesActually it is $more per lineAlso I added a third kid phone supposedly for $and my bill jumped from $to $and that's when I noticed that in the details of three of the phone lines I have they show the old phones as still being on my plan
They will tell you as little information up front as possible to get you to sign up then cancelling your contract costs you a bunch and there is always the threat of hurting your credit
As soon as I can I am paying the phones off or just taking the credit hit and going somewhere else This is how they treat loyal customersLying, Cheating, and Hidden Fees
