I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.iWiSP LLC made no offer.  They simply stated they make no guarantees on speed/service and I cancel at any time.  This is completely unresolved and continues to be poor customer service.

hard to provide internet service in rural areas of the Lake Anna area.  Our fees are set accordingly, taking into account planned and unplanned interferences that disrupt services provided to customers. Our customers are not contracted to stay with us for any amount of time, and are given the freedom to request a cancellation of service at anytime with no penalties if they feel we have not provided them the services they expected. In the case of Mr. [redacted], because he had prepaid for the the calendar year of 2016, he would have been issued a refund based on the amount of months remaining in the year if he cancelled his service. We never received any request from him to cancel his service, so there will be no refund for 2016. If he wishes to stop service he can email us at anytime requesting such.
