I'm not satisfied with the service of this company, we are paying $a month for 3Mbps, this plan is advertised to be good for, email-web browsing-photo sharing-music downloads-gaming-streaming video, we had a technician do a speed test on our service and the companies personal laptop monitored the speed at 3+ Mbps, we told the technician we monitored the speed under Mbps, usually at an average of 450Kbps, they say its our brand new hardware's fault, this company I feel is purposely taking advantage of people who can't get other internet services, when contacted they always say the service is running fine, and with little regard to customer satisfaction
