We have had a very negative experience with the company - unfortunately we did not choose the company but they were the option given by the people who were building our current condoFirst, they were late and did not install them when we were told (twice!), then shortly after we moved one of the shades simply fell to the groundThey fixed itNow two other shades are getting stuck and won't come down and we have light in our bedroom at nightI have had roller shades (floor to ceiling in a penthouse so much taller windows than the current ones and also in another condo) installed by other companies before and had wonderful experiencesThis has been problem after problemPlease save yourself some trouble and find another company
