Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have made several attempts to reply via email but I don’t have that option on my screenNow, in regards to the previous statement made by Espinos, what was told to me in person is very different from what he wrote on the emailYes I did have a replaced tire and they were good and honest with that but my concern was about the labor performed on my car which made it unsafe to driveWhen I brought my car to them several times one of their mechanics admitted that there was indeed something wrong with the car and how it droveHe explained to me in order to fix this issue I would have to pay around $This is where the problem startedI do understand that the car may run different being that it is dropped but it should not swerve to the side at highway speedsIt is getting to the point that I have to take the axis roads because the car swerves almost like skidding on a icy surface when approaching higher speedsI am still very upset that I was told it can be fixed but I have to pay more to get it fixed when this is a job that should have been taken care of the first timeNow Im reading in the email that I have to place my stock parts back on the car so it can drive normalI was also never told to remove these new parts and replace them with the stock parts Regards, Dalal Castellanos Sulaiman

*** *** * *** came to *** *** and wheel with a problem of a vibration caused by his factory wheels and tires, we then sold them tires and four wheels, after the customer left he called and returned saying that he still had a vibration on the vehiclewe then diagnosed the issue and
offered to give the customer hub centric rings at no extra costthe customer drove off and told us the vibration was fixed., but said that her sensors were not properly working before we installed the wheels and wanted to know what was the issueto run a diagnostics we told them.it cost dollars to check the sensors, we didnt charge them, we found three were reading except the driver front, an original equipment part not sold from usthe reason for the part not working was low battery levelsensors have a year battery life and the car is a 2008, making the sensor years oldthe resolution would be,if the customer comes back we would be glad to recheck itat no charge

[redacted] and [redacted] came to [redacted] ON 8/23/16 AND PURCHASED TOGETHER RIMS, TIRES, A CORSA EXHAUST SYSTEM, AND EIBACH LOWERING SPRINGS. THE CUSTOMERS WERE MADE AWARE THAT THE MERCHANDISE THAT THEY WANTED ON THEIR VEHICLE WOULD MODIFY THEIR CAR FROM...

ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT, AND THE RIDE WOULD BE CHANGED DUE TO THE PARTS BEING INSTALLED SPECIFICALLY FROM THE EIBACH SPRINGS. THE EIBACH SPRINGS THAT WERE INSTALLED ON THE MUSTANG ARE TRACK ORIENTED AND DESIGNED TO HAVE A MORE QUICKER STEERING RESPONSE. IN ORDER FOR THE CAR TO NOT STEER AS EFEECTIVE THE ORIGINAL SPRINGS MUST BE INSTALLED. THE CUSTOMERS HAVE CAME AFTER THE INSTALLATION AND WE HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED THAT THE PARTS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED PROPERLY.THEY STILL HAVE A WARRANTY UNDER THE MERCHANDISE BOUGHT. [redacted] PURCHASED UNDER THEIR NAME THE WHEELS TIRES AND ROAD HAZARD. ONE TIRE HAS ALSO BEEN REPLACED ALREADY WITH THE ROAD HAZARD PROGRAM. Now, in regards to the previous statement made by Espinos, what was told to me in person is very different from what he wrote on the email. Yes I did have a replaced tire and they were good and honest with that but my concern was about the labor performed on my car which made it unsafe to drive. When I brought my car to them several times one of their mechanics admitted that there was indeed something wrong with the car and how it drove. He explained to me in order to fix this issue I would have to pay around $1000. This is where the problem started. I do understand that the car may run different being that it is dropped but it should not swerve to the side at highway speeds. It is getting to the point that I have to take the axis roads because the car swerves almost like skidding on a icy surface when approaching higher speeds. I am still very upset that I was told it can be fixed but I have to pay more to get it fixed when this is a job that should have been taken care of the first time. Now Im reading in the email that I have to place my stock parts back on the car so it can drive normal. I was also never told to remove these new parts and replace them with the stock parts.
