IZ Home Improvement

Hello, I am writing from ASF a non-profit organization that has a vested interest in a condo at ***. Late last October an ASF executive agreed to purchase a carpet for the downstairs area from IZ Home Improvement that cost $2500. Within a few weeks, we started noticing carpet major trails and stair footprints, wherever anyone may walk with normal walking and clean feet. There is the same shade carpet upstairs that is 14 years old and has never left trails, proving this carpet is defective. "Issa" the company assured that the carpet came with a mfgr. warranty, that is standard practice on new carpets.
Then when the carpet proved to defective and it was reported, Issa at first said he would
honor the warranty and have Mohawk send out their crews, but as time went on and he was apprised that we have pictures that we can send, he refused to give a working email
or answer calls about this, went into hiding and reneged on the warranty. The charge was disputed which led to two months or loss of work damages, and according to the bank, IZ claims, that the buyer signed a receipt with a covert clause that waived all warranty rights! NO consumer would knowingly sign for that, and he was defrauded as he was told it was just a purchase receipt. Furthermore, what honest merchant is going to add a secret clause to waive a warranty unless he is engaged in fraudulent practices. So IZ lied twice about the warranty first breaking an oral agreement about the warranty, and then hoodwinking with deceptive practices having a consumer unknowingly sign out on a warranty that they wanted! (we have not seen this document and are only aware of the bank reporting that IZ said to them the warranty was waived by the buyer while stating this is based on a document provided by IZ that we have not seen, but is a likely fraudulent or a trick document, as no new carpet buyer will willingly waive their warranty! Please tell me Issa to cease and desist from calling but only respond by US mail!
