I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I did make a formal notice to iZZi Gadget, Inc regard the issue I had with the product that they sent to me. After I made my complaint to the Revdex.com, the company finally started to respond to my emails, but I still remain unsatisfied with their service. I provided visual evidence of the product I should have received and the product the product they sent me. We discuss how the functionality of both products are the same, but the designs of both products are visual distinctive. The company did not solve my issue, and I am really puzzled by their level customer service.]

We are looking through our records and don't see any formal complaints from [redacted] regarding wanting an exchange or refund. The phone case being mentioned is a different model than the one they had previously purchased, hence the reason for the difference. Different phone dimensions call for a...

different phone case sometimes and in this case it does. If [redacted] would like a refund then that should have been verbalized to our company directly and not to the Revdex.com for something that could have been situated and resolved in December 2016.
